Summer House

One of my favorite little shops here in Greensboro is Summer HouseSummer House is a perfect mix of old and new all in a very ladylike, current way.  Every time I visit the store I find inspiration.  Mom and I went the other day and I wanted to share some pictures with you.

I love the way they take old pieces and make them current.  This chair is the perfect example, ahh.

The shutters used to display pictures and mirrors are so clever.  The linen sofa is perfect and the boxwood orbs, well I've always loved boxwood.  You can't really see the lamps in this picture, but trust me, yum.

The architectural prints flanking the aged mirror are stunning.  Again, lamp love.  Oh and do you see the wire cloche peeking from behind the book?  You are never far from flowers in this shop...

This vignette is a little more on the girlie side and oh so sweet.

Botanical prints never go out of style and these are perfect for this space.  And don't think those boxwood wreaths went unnoticed.

The birdie condo.  I do believe he has everything he needs in there.
