I first noticed porcelain wood tile a few years ago when my mother in law used it in her kitchen renovation. It has since gained popularity and I can see why. Tile can be used in many places where wood cannot. Unlike wood, tile can withstand extreme temperature/climate conditions and is a great candidate for connecting an indoor room with an adjoining patio. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it's really grown on me. And with so many color and finish options, there is something for everybody.
What about you - have you used wood grain tile in your designs or home renovations?
