I was recently invited to the Lou & Grey store located at North Hills in Raleigh, NC. If you aren't familiar, Lou & Grey is under the Ann Taylor umbrella and if you've shopped at Loft (in the store or online) lately, you may have seen a little corner designated to the new label. The store is right down my alley with its light and airy aesthetic, offering comfy chic clothes as well as carefully curated accessories and decor. I found the ombre pillows hard to resist!
I felt right at home, soaking in the pretty decor and trying on different styles in a very stylish fitting room. Nearly everything can be layered and most every piece works with the next making it easy to pull outfits together, but still giving you room to put your own spin on them. I fell hard for the super soft sweaters and had a tough time making a final decision as they were all so cute and versatile.
I came home with this comfy sweater and what I like about it is the subtle shimmer mixed with a sweatshirt silhouette - an easy piece to dress up or down! I also purchased this one which I'm really excited to pair with jeans, booties, and a scarf. The pintuck detail on the leggings makes them a little fancier than the average legging, which I love! (I think the black ones are sold out, sorry.) If you are in the Raleigh area, I urge you to stop into Lou & Grey and of course, you can always shop from home.
