Informed

One day last summer, I stopped reading the newspaper and started reading blogs.  Through blog reading I discovered Houzz.  Between the two, I stay very informed.  Mr. and I spend the early morning hours in the office, he in his recliner with his newspaper and me on the computer, both with a cup of coffee in hand.

A typical morning sounds like this...

Stonebreaker Builders & Remodelers traditional bathroom

Me: Look at this black and white bathroom.  Remember when we painted stripes?  I think it would have looked better if the stripes were wider like this.
Mr.: Someone else was hit by a train.  How does this happen?  Do they not hear the train coming?

Me: We could add pre-made cabinets in our dining room and add finish moulding to get this custom look.
Mr.:  Look, here is a picture of the oil spill from space.

Me:  I love everything about this room.
Mr.:  If I had known Germany was playing yesterday, I would have recorded the game.

Me:  Isn't this faucet nice?  We should have chosen this instead of ours.
Mr.: They are trying to rezone our neighborhood.

Me:  What if we add moulding to the top of our cabinets like this?
Mr.:  That would be easy to do.  Here is an article on the pros and cons of running barefoot.

    Me:  or like this.
Mr.:  There is a chance of rain this week.
