As soon as the pine-cones and tinsel settle, I would like to begin working on the master bedroom. I put a few ideas together mostly using what I have. The only thing I will need is a trellis fabric for a bed skirt and bolster pillow and a fresh coat of gray on the walls. We have a poster bed that Dad made, (which I adore) but it is quite difficult when it comes to bed skirts. Have you ever made a bed skirt using a tension rod? I'm thinking this might be the way to go - a rod on each side and one at the foot. Any thoughts?
