I'm happy to be sharing pictures from a custom home that I have been helping with since last winter! The pictures were taken on moving day (which means I was trying to stay out of the way) and a few details were outstanding on the punch list, but overall you can get a good feel of the house. The light needs to be installed over the banquette and the brick surround on the family room fireplace will be painted. Also, some pictures were taken with my i-phone and some with my camera. I will say that it was a cloudy day so the pictures aren't the best :(. Ideally, I would love for everything to be staged and perfect looking, but you might see a few boxes and blue tape as well as missing hardware here or there, oh, and a porta-john if you look closely. If you are like me, you can look past all that, hopefully. The fun decorating details are already falling into place, but you will not see those in this post.
Let's start in the heart of the home, the kitchen.
This image shows the openness of the kitchen. The large island and desk area are two of my favorite features. The family room is just beyond this room and the banquette is behind me.
The family room...
The sitting room...
The dining room...
The master bathroom...
I am currently scheduling projects beginning January/February 2014. If you are interested in getting on the list, email me.
