Around My House

I rarely have time to think about my house.  You've probably noticed that I talk a good game of planning to do things, but truth be told, there just isn't time.  After spending the day planning colors, fabrics, and floor plans for others, I don't have much juice left in the tank at the end of the day for major home improvements.  However, my wheels are turning constantly!  Do I sound like I am complaining?  I'm not - thankful would be more like it.  Just sometimes I wish there was more time to start and finish something in a reasonable amount of time.

All this to say, here is a little glimpse of things around here.

Sometimes changing pillows out makes me feel like I've accomplished something.  I did a little pillow swapping last night and it felt so good!

I changed out a few pictures too and really like the results!  This is from the latest Lulie Wallace calendar.  This bathroom is giving me a time.  The black walls have been great, but I'm feeling a change coming on.  I'm thinking something a little more serene, like maybe sea salt or healing aloe.  And, my fingers are crossed that square tile comes back into vogue before I take my out my sledge hammer.

The other day Mr. and I explored a new to us antique mall.  I scored this little lovely.  My blue and white collection is growing!  Have you found any goodies lately?
