I would love to encourage parents of young children by saying that family photo sessions get easier as kids get older. This is not the case for our family. We start out with minor eye rolling which leads to all out silliness. What do I do? Just play along. Our family pictures aren't perfect and neither are we. We have fun and act silly. One day this will all be a part of our past and I don't want horrific memories of hours spent trying to capture the perfect picture. That said, here is our 2013 Christmas card.
I ordered them from
Pinhole Press this year. They have a great selection of
holiday cards and the process was super easy. We decided on the "
Be Merry Be Bright" card because we really liked being able to include three photos on an overall simple design. As you can see, none of our pictures are posed because the posed pictures look something like this each time....
Notice the "no-shave November" scruff, yikes! Just keeping it real friends ;).
