A Pumpkin Seed Recipe Round Up & We Have a Winner

We enjoyed a nice long weekend and having the family together for a couple of nights was super special!  Someone at the gym wished me happy humpday this morning and I suddenly realized that it's Wednesday and I haven't posted on the blog this week AND we have a winner to announce.  So I'd better get to it!

The other night our teenager and his friend carved pumpkins.  I was secretly relieved because I had not planned to carve (or even purchase) a pumpkin.  Is that bad?  Anyway, he was thoughtful enough to save the seeds and I promised to make something yummy with them.  Here is a round up of some of the many recipes I've found using pumpkin seeds.  Do you have a favorite?
