On more than one outing, a certain house caught my eye and I could hardly wait to get home and find the rental listing. It didn't disappoint! Many beach houses are stuck in a time warp with orange paneling, brown everything, floral everything, and kitschy decor. Not this house...
It is called Holden Point and what caught my eye was the simplicity (and the ocean view of course). The clean driftwood and white exterior told me this might be a gem. Take a look...(keep in mind, these are not quality photos)
